Kushaagra provided technical and implementation support, including waste-flow design, onsite wet-waste processing systems, and capacity building for housekeeping staff. Workshops were also conducted for residents and administrators.

The system now manages around 200 kg of waste daily, diverting 70 kg/day of wet waste for onsite processing. Improved segregation, safe diaper-waste handling, and authorised recycling linkages reduced landfill dependence and enhanced living conditions.
