OUR APPROACH
A two-phase assessment combined desktop reviews of 106 ULBs with field visits across 27 cities. Stakeholder consultations informed an opportunity matrix outlining potential roles and business models.
THE RESULT
The final report provides a comprehensive framework with toolkits, financial models, and policy recommendations. It equips ULBs to create dignified, sustainable, and inclusive waste-management livelihoods.
