The project aimed to strengthen door-to-door waste collection and segregation systems across Thane. It focused on achieving 100% collection while preventing waste from entering natural water bodies.

OUR APPROACH
A comprehensive assessment of the city’s waste-collection system was conducted, covering high-density and congested areas. Based on findings, a customised action plan and feasibility report with financials were prepared.
THE RESULT
The project delivered a clear, data-driven roadmap to improve coverage, hygiene, and segregation. The feasibility report equips the city with actionable strategies for efficient and sustainable waste management.
